1. Returns and Exchanges

At Aura Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if there is a problem with your order, please review our return policy below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
